General Guild Rulez

 BASICS

- Function as a team, we make progress as a guild, so be a teamplayer...excess personal greed and lack of teamplay will lead to removal from the guild.

- Always be polite to people, even nonguilders, remember even outside guild raids you are still representing this guild, so abusive behaviour, lack of respect towards others (guild member or not) will lead to removal from the guild.

- Be active. We are semi-hardcore guild with our raiding schedule, and we expect members to attend raids often. Accepthing/declining raids in Ingame calender is required.

- Be prepared. We expect our members to have working knowledge about boss fights we are attempting/farming so study those fights from websites and videos before joining raids if you havent participated those encounters before. We also require members to be properly specced and geared for raiding. All members need to have required potions, flasks/elixirs, buff foods and money for repair costs to attend raids.

-Know guild rules. We expect all members to know current rule sets and issues. If you dont agree with the rules you are free to leave the guild, but if you stay in guild we assume you have read and approved guild rules and expect you to follow them. All members who break rules will either get warned once if matter wasnt considered to be major, or kicked outright if matter was major. You will only get warned once, after that you will get removed from the guild.

RAIDING

Raid Pugs
- Currently we dont allow Trial of the Crusader to be pugged in 25 man mode and ICC in either mode. All other raids can be pugged in both 10 and 25 man modes. We can issue special notifications or requests about possible guild raids to puggable content and we expect people not to pug them in those situations.

Raid Calender
- All members are required to either accept or decline raids in calender well in advance. If you arent sure about your attendance notify your classleaders or officers. Failure to use raid calender and sign ups properly will lead to -dkp, rules breach warning or removal from the guild.

Raid looting and dkp
- We roll loots on 10 man raids and use dkp points with open bidding system in 25 man raids.
- Trials get dkp points normally but cant bid items if higher ranked members bid over minimum bid on that item for their main spec. On 10 man raids trials can roll if no member or higher ranked rolled for mainspec.
- When rolling or bidding mainspecs have priority, and classes whos primary type of armour item is has priority also (example rogues/druids over warriors/deathknights on leather items).
- Lootmaster can override these rules and bids or rolls with agreenment from all participating classmasters and officers.
- If you roll or bid on offspec items during official guild raids we expect you to be fully willing, able and prepared to use that offspec during guild raids if needed.

Raid Behaviour
- Stay focused durings raids. Constant mistakes that are clearly caused by lack of focus or lack of knowledge about encounter will lead to -dkp.
- Any afk abusing will lead to -dkp or removal from the raid and removal of all dkp points earned during that raid.
- Lack of preparation (no potions, flasks/elixirs, buff foods or money for repair costs) will lead to removal from the raid and -dkp unless member can get required things within 5 minutes by any means.
- Leaving raid before raid leader announces raid is over will lead to removal of all dkp earned during that raid, unless you have given notice about it before you joined raid.
- Officers or guildleader can also issue additional -dkp penalties for missbehaviours if they see them neccessary.
- Dpsmeters are not allowed during raids.

Raid Times
- Currently we have 4 primary raid days (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday) and 1 secondary raid day (Tuesday).
- Primary raids days are used for progress raids or primary farm content and secondary raid day is used for older farm content or members can suggest and vote for any other use for that time (prewotlk raids, guildpremade battlegrounds, worldpvp etc.)
- On our primary raid days our raiding times are 20:00 - 24:00 server time, but these times aint rigid. There can be small adjustments on those (example pushing for 1 more try if we are close to getting boss down).
- If you cant stay until raid end or play beyond 24:00 server time notify your classmaster or raidleader when you join the raid.
- Be at the instance before raid time
